The company Międzynarodowy Port Lotniczy im. Jana Pawła II Kraków - Balice Sp. z o.o. 
is the sole shareholder of MPL Services sp. z o.o. and Kraków Airport Hotel sp. z o.o., with which it forms a capital group. 

MPL Services sp. z o.o.

The company MPL Services sp. z o.o. was established in 2006 as a provider of catering and retail services, cleaning services, parking and observation deck services, and since 2012 also as a provider of an airport charge collection service and passenger and baggage transport services under the name Kraków Airport Taxi.

Kraków Airport Hotel sp. z o.o. 

The company Kraków Airport Hotel sp. z o.o. was established in 2009 as a special purpose vehicle whose purpose was to carry out an investment involving the construction of a hotel near John Paul II International Airport Kraków- Balice. Currently, the company owns and operates the Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport hotel, which was put into operation in 2014.
