In March 2016, Kraków Airport was announced the winner in the 2016 Airport Service Quality Awards.
Kraków Airport won first place in the “Best Improvement by Region – Europe” category. 320 airports from all around the world participate in the survey performed by Airport Council International. Every airport is evaluated by passengers in an identical survey. Last year, we enjoyed a quarterly increase in the ratings granted by our passengers, reflecting the successive stages of investment and the introduction of facilities for passengers.
