The upcoming 8th Miłosz Festival will, as always, refer with its title to the work of its eminent patron. “The Seizure of Power” is the theme of this year’s edition and the title of the first novel by Czesław Miłosz. Meet-the-author sessions, panel debates, workshops and concerts – several dozen events in total make up the rich program of the festival. Simon Armitage (UK), Saleh Diab (Syria) or Ferida Duraković (Bosnia and Herzegovina) – will, among others, meet the audience in Kraków. Among the guests from Poland we will see Krystyna Dąbrowska, Uta Przyboś i Tomasz Różycki.
