In the nearest future, Kraków Airport will start running one more passenger satisfaction survey called “Happy or not”.
All departing passengers from Kraków Airport will have the chance to answer the question: “How do you rate today’s security check” by choosing one of four emoticons, representing their emotions, displayed on consoles located just past the Security Check Point. The programme will help reduce reaction time and eliminate problems concerning passenger service.
