At the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit held in Atlanta (USA), Kraków Airport received the prestigious Level 2 accreditation for the third time in a row in the ACI World Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program.
Distinction this, awarded to the best airports in the world that strive in their activities to raise the standards of passenger service, was received during a gala by Łukasz Strutyński, president of the management board of Kraków Airport.
“This distinction is a huge challenge for us to continue working on improving the passenger experience, especially in terms of their comfort and safety. It is an honor for us to be included in the prestigious group of airports for which a high level of amenities for travelers is a key element of their development strategy,” said the president of Krakow Airport.
The ACI World Airport Customer Accreditation program focuses on managing the passenger experience at airports. Airports participating in the program must document their commitment to improving the quality of passenger service through, among others: customer satisfaction surveys and implementation of comfortable solutions. This program includes five levels of accreditation, and the distinction is valid for one year, which means that airports are obliged to constantly work on improving the quality of travel in order to be eligible for further accreditation.
