Behind us is an extraordinary, milestone year in which Kraków Airport celebrated its 60th anniversary. November 23, 2024, became a historic day for us – as the first regional airport in Poland, we served 10 million passengers in a single year! We closed the entire year of 2024 with a total of 11,080,830 passengers. This impressive achievement highlights the dynamic growth of our airport and the exceptional work of the Kraków Airport team.
Ambitious challenges lie ahead – in 2025, we will begin the largest reconstruction project in the history of our airport. This key investment is essential for further development and efficient passenger service.
In the meantime, the winter season is in full swing, and Kraków Airport currently offers as many as 126 connections to 31 countries through cooperation with 24 airlines. We hope that in the new year, Kraków Airport’s network of connections will expand with even more attractive destinations, inspiring travelers to fly #DIRECTfromKRAKÓW in 2025.
The first new additions for the SUMMER 2025 season have already been announced. Starting mid-June, Wizz Air will introduce flights to Genoa (Italy), Basel (Switzerland), and Bergen (Norway). The winter season’s new destinations – Bologna (Italy) and Bucharest (Romania) – will also remain available for summer.
