“Wyspiański” – the exhibition of S. Wyspiański’s works

The National Museum in Kraków –  28.11.2017–20.01.2019

The exhibition presents the entire collection of Stanisław Wyspiański’s works gathered by the Museum – about 900 works of this artist, created during Young Poland period, and ranging from drawings from his school days, portraits, landscape paintings, to set of ornamental designs for the Franciscan Church in Kraków, the Wawel Cathedral and the Medical Association House. The exhibition also comprises artistic craft, sculpture, graphic designs and books. The collected works present the diversity and originality of the artist’s work, as well as show his relationship with Kraków.
