Changed quarantine policy

Pursuant to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2021 amending the Regulation on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and prohibitions in connection with the state of epidemic, changes have been made to the quarantine policy. The new policy also applies at Kraków Airport.

Border Guard officers will verify a person’s title to be released from quarantine, including if a person crossing the state border, where it is an internal (Schengen) border, holds a negative result of a diagnostic test for SARS-CoV-2. In the absence of a negative test result, the passenger will be required to undergo quarantine, from which they can be released by submitting a negative result of a test carried out within 48 hours of crossing the border.
A passenger submitting a negative test result obtained no more than 48 hours before arrival in Poland can be released from quarantine.

All persons crossing the state border, where it is an external (Non-Schengen) border, will be subject to mandatory quarantine, from which they can be released by submitting a negative result of a test carried out in the Republic of Poland within 48 hours of crossing the border.

New regulations to secure the flow of passengers during document control have been introduced at Kraków Airport starting from midnight 29/30 March 2021.

In order for passengers to be able to travel safely and freely, testing kiosks are available at Kraków Airport where passengers can have tests performed. For more information please visit: https://krakowairport.pl/testyCOVID-19/ and there
