The Lost Luggage Offices for all airlines are located in the passenger terminal, arrival hall and the common area, next to the arrival hall.

VAT refunds can be obtained at the passenger terminal (Check-in zone) in the Currency Exchange office. However, you will first need to complete all the formalities in the Customs Office at level 0, right next to the Check-in desks.

Security control can be completed no earlier than 6 hours before your scheduled departure time. Security checkpoints are open 24 hours a day.

Is the airside smoking room (in the gates) open?
After crossing through security, passengers have access to two smoking lounges. The first is located in the Schengen area, opposite Gate 1. The second is located in the Non-Schengen area – the entrance is in the corridor leading to Gates 19-24, which is accessed through the Sky Lounge restaurant.
