Łukasz Strutyński

Łukasz Strutyński is a legal advisor and holds an MBA from the Kraków School of Business - Kraków University of Economics / École de Management de Normandie / AESE Business School.
His professional experience includes working in management and control bodies of commercial companies, running a legal advisor's office, and advising Polish local governments on the planning and implementation of development projects participated by the Association of Polish Cities, financed from the European Union and national funds, Norway Grants, Swiss Grants and EEA funds.
He was working on the Supervisory Board of the John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice Ltd between 2018 - 9.07.2024 r. In the years 2013 - 2016 he was a member of the company's management board responsible for the investments.

Janusz Kardasiński

A graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice, the University of Economics in Katowice and the Warsaw School of Management and Administration.
 
An experienced manager with thirty years of work experience, the vast majority of which has spent performing functions in management, director or managerial bodies. In the years 2008 - 2016 he served as the Financial Director of John Paul II Krakow-Balice International Airport Ltd., and for most of this period he was also the Company's Proxy.

In recent years, as an advisor on behalf of the Association of Polish Cities, he participated in the Advisory Support Center project, in which he supported nearly fifty local government units creating six local government partnerships.
