Collect points

Use your card and collect points. You are awarded points each time you fly from Kraków Airport (1 flight = 50 points). Simply scan your Kraków Airport Loyalty card and your boarding pass, using one of the Kraków Airport Loyalty readers located in the passenger terminal (next to gate 4, 8, 11, 16 and vis-a-vis documents check point).

Important! Registering points may take up to 24 hours from scanning your card and boarding pass in KAL reader.

In case of not registering loyalty card and boarding pass in the KAL reader, participant can send boarding pass (a scan, screenshot or PDF file) and loyalty card number at program@krakowairport.pl no later than 30 days from departure date to get points for a flight. 

PLEASE NOTE - You can send a maximum of six boarding passes in a calendar year to be credited with points in case of not registering cards in KAL reader on the departure day.

Please note that sending a boarding pass for a flight you did not travel on, in accordance with clause 9.7 (a) of the KAL Regulations, will be treated as an unlawful influence and interference with the Program mechanism in order to increase the number of points and obtain benefits, and thus will result in exclusion from the Program and loss of Participant status.
