All of us, Kraków Airport employees, share pride in our workplace. We value teamwork, trust and loyalty above anything else. Every day we face challenges that we are able to overcome thanks to our own determination, but also because we work hand in hand with other employees and business partners.

We work in line with values that all of us recognize as common, regardless of our role or responsibilities.

EMPLOYMENT AT KRAKÓW AIRPORT

As far as employment is concerned, our priority is to ensure employee safety and stability of employment. We pursue a continuous and transparent information policy about the company's ongoing activities and situation, applicable conditions of employment and employee rights via mailings, on our intranet and by holding meetings

COLLECTIVE LABOUR AGREEMENT AT KRAKÓW AIRPORT

Our company has a Company Collective Labour Agreement in place which specifies conditions that need to be met by employment contracts with regard to determining the rules for the payment of compensation and other work-related benefits with respect to all employees, regardless of the form of their employment.

As a company, we also consider the opinions of an employee association before deciding on any organizational changes. The Inter-Enterprise Committee of NSZZ SOLIDARNOŚĆ No. 1725 has also been active at Kraków Airport for many years.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Activities aimed at raising our employees’ qualifications and development of their professional competences are another foundation of our work practices, as we offer training tailored to employees’ needs.

At Kraków Airport, training needs are determined with respect to the individual organizational units. Our company offers co-funding of postgraduate studies, and Kraków Airport employees have the right to participate in various conferences, workshops and industry fairs.

In addition to external training, our company organizes mandatory training and drills necessary for Kraków Airport’s continuous and efficient functioning and development. Their topics are largely related to safety and preventive measures to be taken in that area.

EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY

At Kraków Airport, we work to integrate the guidelines of the Diversity Charter into our personnel management policies. We take a number of measures to create a work environment where everyone feels respected and appreciated, enjoying opportunities to develop their potential by acquiring new skills on equal terms with other employees. We make every effort to make everyone feel equal, regardless of the scope and basis of their employment contract, age, origin, gender and psychosexual orientation, health condition, religion or non-denomination, political beliefs, family and financial status or other similar conditions.

EMPLOYEE SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT

Kraków Airport promotes all social initiatives of our employees, coming from both individuals and teams. We support charity events, blood donations and food collections organized by employees, which are often a response to the needs of their immediate surroundings.
