Kraków Airport has appropriate mechanisms and procedures in place with regard to economic and socio-cultural aspects, which set the framework for the activities of the entire organization to help it develop efficiently, i.e. primarily in line with its strategy and in compliance with the law.
As we draft new or update existing policies, regulations and internal procedures for our company, we make every effort to include not only the clauses required and regulated by applicable law, but also the principles of due diligence.
The individual documents also include provisions for keeping registers of reports made by our stakeholders and informing the Management Board on the work of designated committees.
RISK ASSESSMENT
In order to ensure effective and efficient achievement of strategic goals, as well as implementation of the adopted vision and mission in a dynamically changing economic environment, our company has a risk management policy and procedure in place.
Risk identification involves identifying existing or possible incidents or occurrences based on the specialist knowledge of our employees (risk owners and managers in a given area), as well as past experience and industry data.
We conduct risk analysis using an e-risk tool, which ensures the information we collect is complete and consistent (as regards its character and substance).
At our company, risk management is a continuous process and is part of planning and decision-making.
