The projects implemented under Action 6.3 focused on improving the transport accessibility of Poland and the interregional connections through the development of the TEN-T road and air network and improving the transport links of the main cities of the eastern provinces of Poland with the rest of the country through the development of the road network in those provinces.
The projects implemented under Action 8.4 focused on improving the safety and transport accessibility of Poland and the national interregional connections outside the TEN-T network and selected road sections covered by that network.

Action 6.3 - Development of the TEN-t aviation network

Two projects were implemented in MPL under Action 6.3:

Action - 8.4 Safety and security of air transport

As a result of the many years of efforts, Kraków Airport now has a modern and safe infrastructure that can handle the traffic of 8 million passengers per year, 1800 PAX/hour for departures and 1800 PAX/hour for arrivals under the Level of Service C (according to ADRM, 9th Edition). The existing apron has 31 interchangeable parking stalls, including: 3 Code E stalls, 1 Code D stall, 23 Code C stalls and 4 Code B stalls. Two stalls are provided for de-icing of aircraft.
