Public transport tickets can only be purchased in PLN.

Two municipal buses line (300 and 902 - a night line) run from Kraków Airport. Furthermore a train operated by Koleje Małopolskie will take you to the Main Railway Station in Kraków and to Wieliczka. The required time differs depending on the means of transportation and traffic congestion. A bus ride takes about 45 minutes, a train ride is around 20 minutes and a taxi ride takes about 25 minutes.

Bus and train tickets can be bought in ticket machines located in the passenger terminal (level 0), in front of the arrival hall. Ticket machines accept payment cards. You can also buy tickets from the ticket inspector on a train (cash or card) or in a ticket machine on a bus (only with card). Payment only in cash (coins) via ticket machine at the bus.
